Cascade Mountain Range of
Oregon and
Washington, the
Sierra Nevada Mountain Range of Eastern California, the
Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Wyoming and Montana, and the breathtaking canyon country of
Utah,
Arizona and the
Navajo Nation. I also offer a more limited range of Fine Art Scenic Images from
Haleakala National Park on the island of Maui, and
Badlands National Park in South Dakota. In addition to my Fine Art Landscape Images, I also offer 32 high quality,
lithographic posters of many of the national parks and wilderness areas of the American West.
My subject matter covers a broad range of themes from
close-ups and wide angle views of flower filled
meadows, to dramatic
landscapes captured with powerful telephoto lenses.
Mountains are without a doubt my favorite subject, with all other scenic landscape categories in a very close tie for second. I rely very strongly on the differing perspectives of each lens to creatively interpret the incredible beauty of our wilderness lands. I combine this mechanical factor with all the elements of composition, and the key element of lighting, to create Fine Art Scenic Images that are dramatic, powerful, and emotionally moving.
